For the price the portion was too small. We shared the backed brie, spicy tuna, and lobster...risotto as an appetizer and could not have been more grateful for this decision, as it was the perfect comfort food compliment to our house cocktails, which were also delicious.

Our server was friendly and very efficient. This was not our waiter’s fault. The potato-leek soup was amazing and the Bibb lettuce salad was refreshing. The property became the Inn at Ridgefield in the 1950s and transitioned to Bernard’s in March 2000.
Food was as usual incredible. Reserve a table in advance and steer clear of long wait times. I think the kitchen was not prepared for the amount of people they had that night. It is Sarah's Wine Bar. The property’s third floor includes four rooms that could be used as either guest suites or apartments, and the adjacent Residence at Bernard’s is a six bedroom-inn with a gourmet kitchen and a pool. I have eaten at both places. Yeah the food is good.
