In 2017 he joined the band of Clay Cooper’s Country Express playing saxophone and keyboard. It was in these very early years that a family friend thought it would be “funny” to buy Matt a toy set of drums.
Clay and his wife, Tina, began Clay Cooper’s Country Express in 2005 in Branson, Missouri. From there, she began to perform as a singer/dancer with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Tina began dancing at the age of three at her mom’s studio in the garage of their home! Make sure to catch his show when he’s in Branson this Fall because as Neal says, “No two shows are the same!”.
