Jenna Deja began serving as MTC’s Interim Managing Director in November 2019 through the firm Arts Consulting Group (ACG) and is thrilled to be a part of such an esteemed organization and vibrant community. Vincent M. Lancisi Lisa Harris Jones A Cum Laude graduate of Truman State University in Missouri, Ms. LaRose holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies: Public Relations. She has nearly twenty years of experience in arts administration, creating new works, producing and performing. As Artistic Director of The Everyman, Cork, Julie was responsible for the programme and artistic strategy. Additionally, Ms. LaRose and has served as an event manager for Turnaround Arts at the Kennedy Center, the Junior Theater Festival, and Hotopp Associates' annual Ice!

Managing Director Ian Tresselt had joined Everyman in the fall of 2008, and assumed oversight of the capital budget and operating pro forma that had been developed Additionally, LaRose serves on the League of Resident Theatres’ equity, diversity, and inclusion committee, as well as its collective bargaining 101 committee. Its founder, John McDonogh, once said, “Study in the course of your life to do the greatest possible amount of good.” This sentiment represents what you might call my ultimate career goal. Hernandez will remain a part of Everyman’s Resident Acting Company, of which she has been a member since 2017.
