It's almost never busy, and I found it easy to show up relatively close to showtime on the biggest of movie releases and snag a decent seat. I love the regal, Its starting to cost to much at $7.00 for a early movie, but the people are nice, crown club is OK I have over $2,000.00 on mine and only get afew drinks and and now and again a free pass. The sound is great, theater areas are clean (no sticky floors, etc)  It is worth it to me to bring my grandchildren to the movies...I love the whole experience overall. But I was comfortable watching the movies and had no trouble at all.It runs the newest release so expect new release prices, but it is the closest movie theatre in Niagara Falls besides the $5 theatre on Military Road, but I have not had an opportunity to try that theatre yet. I have always found the employees exemplary, the theater very clean, especially the bathrooms, very important to me when I am bringing them. I sure am! Overall, it's average when it comes to cleanliness.
