After 6 years being black unlimited me and my wife we had to cancel coz we having baby and my self-employment work not doing great so I was cancelling on 11 March unfortunately direct debit payment was taken at that day and I know policy is to give one month notice but I. explained our tough financial situation but payment couldn't be reversed which I accepted so advisor said if we rejoin in 6 months we can get one month free which is not a great option for Us because with 6month old baby we not going to go cinemas ! The cinema itself is great and I happily drive out here rather than go to odeon which is closer as I find the experience much better, they have good facilities (clean) food and drink is pricey but do.
