Not only are their clothes and fashion top notch and functional, but the customer service is superb. I've had the jeggings for 6 years, and they're still going strong. Drop by here if you want some awesome clothing.

I went to this place around 5pm on 2/3. As a thank you, you’ll get a I was so surprised how everyone involved was overly apologetic about it and they prioritized the fix of my pants over everything else. I love the fact that they have a little section for kids, too. Lady asked "Can I…". They always ask nicely if they can help with anything.
I personally believe this place deserves 5 stars.

This should've been resolved right away because you can clearly see based on both receipts the difference in taxes I paid and what I got refunded. I can't think of one bad thing about this place. Found a good deal (99.99 - 25% off), the boots I wanted they only had the floor sample left so when I asked for a discount they gave me an additional 20 percent off. Well, surprise - I was only allowed to exchange the SAME item in different color or size, not even if I find something in another style! Line is backed up. Their setup is very trendy with that modern Japanese feel. Good selection, friendly staff. They told people to line up around the corner of a kiosk, likely because the line was blocking other stores, yet they didn't have clear signage or anyone enforcing the line outside the store, so a lot of people accidentally lined up in the wrong place.
I think in Southern California, the Ontario Mills location takes the cake. It's so difficult to find anything here. Terrible customer service. Every other retail store should learn from them.
